Pletz Construction LLC was qualified by Rheinlander Architects, USDA-Rural Development Agency, La Salle County Commissions Court and awarded the contract to construct a 60 bed – 31,600 square foot state of the art nursing home in Cotulla, Texas.

After processing studies and completing endless paperwork with the USDA-Rural Development Agency for a year and half, Judge Joel Rodriquez  Jr. - La Salle County Judge was granted funding to construct this much needed nursing home facilities on a new 40 acre John Keck Land Development. Notice to start was received on January 22, 2010 and completion is projected to be December of 2010.

Construction is 2x4 wood frame walls, structural wood trusses, masonry exterior with a standing seam metal roof system.  Walls and roof are filled with foam insulation for maximum “R” value.
